First of all I wanted to give 5 stars ...but lack of attention to detail... I couldn't go 5 stars. This is because (ladies at front desk 1 training) were both really nice and welcoming and on check in. was assisting with breakfast but yet still checking out customers. The weekend as a whole seemed not to busy for Residence inn Tulsa downtown. In town for a wedding across the street at the Mayo hotel... I called the night before fo confirm the note of feather free pillows as we have a down allergy and travel with EpiPens... They absolutely let me down on the overall experience. I am a platinum elite Marriott rewards member and choose this hotel chain based on positive previous experiences. I have started staying with the Hilton chain most recently....and might go exclusively with them. (Due to numerous mistakes on attention to detail) Down allergies are a real thing...and can get serious quickly. I choose to inspect all pillows as soon as I get in the room - when checking into the room first thing as I can't trust Marriott properties to look on the reservation where it reads down allergy. Feather free room. On arrival to room...you guessed it - 4 of the 4 pillows with duck feathers/down filling. Steamed at this point I took the pillows and placed outside the room. I informed Front desk as we left for our wedding.... The room was clean, breakfast staff was hard to find. Housekeeping staff had smiles on their faces. The hotel was clean and seemed secure from the rif raf walking around downtown. The bar wasn't open when I checked in nor could I grab any beers from the market. Unfortunate. Lost out on some easy business. I was thirsty!! This was an experience I felt needed to be documented to management so I posted to social media. Hopefully they can get the attention to details ironed out. If a place can't accommodate my request..just let me know I can stay elsewhere. The location, rooms, and front desk service are all great. Housekeeping is their downfall... I stayed at the Residence Inn for 2 weeks being as I was in Tulsa for work. Halfway through my stay, I was getting to a point where I needed to do laundry. After work, I went to a bank and bought a roll of quarters. After I ate and took a shower, I decided that I was too tired and would do my laundry the following night. Unintentionally, I left my roll of quarters on the bar in the kitchen area and completely forgot to hang the "No housekeeping is needed" sign on the door. When I got back to the hotel after work the following day, housekeeping had cleaned my room and stole my quarters! I tried calling the front desk but didn't get an answer or call back. The following morning, I spoke to a lady at the front desk about what happened. She tried assuring me that their housekeeping would never do such a thing but I reminded her that locks only keep honest people honest. The absolute only reason I had a roll of quarters was to do my laundry and still had a pile of laundry that needed to get done. This issue isn't about the money, I don't "need" the money. This is 💯 about the principle. She asked me what I wanted to do about this situation and I told her that it needed to be escalated to management. She told me that she would and gave me a roll of quarters so I could get my laundry done that evening. When I got back to the hotel after work, I asked a different front desk lady to speak to a manager but she said they were already gone for the day. I told her what had happened and she assured me that show would also escalate the situation to management. Because of this situation, I made sure to hang and leave the "No housekeeping is needed" sign on the door for the duration of my stay. This worked great up until yesterday, the day before I checked out. Housekeeping totally disregarded the sign, came into my room, and cleaned it anyways. This time, I didn't leave any money on the bar so there wasn't anything for them to take. I checked out this morning and will never stay at this hotel again.

Check in was very slow & the desk clerk was not busy. We didn't have any washcloths in our room. We didn't have sheets for the sleeper sofa. The parking lot is an open secured lot and not a covered lot. Our room was facing the sidewalk & street. I didn't sleep because of the constant talking and yelling from the foot traffic & the car noise was 24/7.

If I could put zero stars I would!! I booked a room at this hotel (prepaid) for my daughter and I to attend the Madonna concert. Prepaid because I knew nothing was going to stop us from seeing her show! Due to Madonna's unfortunate health scare, she withdrew a lot of her concert dates including Tulsa..as luck would have it. As soon as I heard of this I immediately contacted Marriott and got a case opened. I wanted to see if this hotel would reimburse me for my room, or transfer it once I got a new date when Madonna was coming back through due to the circumstances. The hotel was suppose to reach out to me within a couple of days, which they did not. I called Marriott customer service back a week later and they told me that the hotel would reach out to me yet again...Over 2 weeks later, still crickets from them. I once again reached out to Marriott customer service and told them that I haven't heard back from this particular hotel. Customer service contacted them on the other line in which the hotel informed them, that they will not be refunding me my money for my room just because it's prepaid. I guess being a Marriott Bonvoy Rewards member means nothing...I will NOT be staying here once Madonna's concert is rescheduled there in Tulsa.

In town for the Alice Cooper, Motley Crew, Def Leppard concert. The studio room was great. 3/4 fridge, two burner cook top, dishes and silverware. The bed was heaven after the concert since my wife and I had to work before driving up to Tulsa that day. My only complaint was parking. They did not charge us for parking since they said there may or may not be parking if we went somewhere. Came back and all the parking spots were taken. The young lady that checked us in, didn't catch her name, said they would find us a spot to park. When we returned the overnight guy, didnt get his name either, told me we could park right in front of the door which was great so made up for no parking spots in the lot. We will return the next time we go to Tulsa for an event.

Convenient location right near the BOK center and plenty of dining options. Rooms are nice and modern with large kitchens that come well stocked with plates, cups, ect. Nice little snack bar downstairs.
